Shipping Info

We will endeavour to ship your orders in a timely manner.

All orders received Monday-Friday are shipped within 24 hours upon clearance of payment unless contacted otherwise. Please note: Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday.

Please note: delivery times can vary depending on your location. This is a rough guide and exceptions may apply in certain circumstances. Melbourne Metro: Overnight. Other state (Metro and Country) 2 to 5 business days (depending on location). 

1. What couriers do we use?

Star Track Express - (boxes and satchels)

TNT Road Express - (boxes)

2. How much is charged for delivery?
Delivery fee is based on weight and dimension of parcel/carton and location. 

All Startrack overnight satchels are flat rate, 1kg $15, 3kg $18, 5kg $24 Australia wide + GST.

Note: there will be a road manual handling surcharge of $11.50 + GST applicable (charged by startrack express as outlined here) if parcel exceed 20kg dead weight or over dimensions of 117cm x 60cm x 60cm.
